Ed Martinet is a licensed general contractor in multiple states and holds a degree in construction management. After years of work as a builder, in 1988 Ed started a construction defect consulting firm and has since been retained on over 3,500 engagements. In 2005, he received the Jerrold S. Oliver Award of Excellence presented at West Coast Casualty's Construction Defect Seminar.
